The Academy for Political Intelligence was established over 20 years ago to provide positive political skills training to counter the negative political practices that were prevalent in the Pyramidal (hierarchic) operating structures that dominated organisations during the last century.

In the first two decades of this century however, due to an increased use of Matrixed (heterarchic) and Complex Environment (holarchic/hybrid) work structures, in which Gen Z corporate citizens enjoy working and are much more likely to challenge those who use negative political work practices.  Has only served to highlight the absence of performance-orientated political skills training in both academic and corporate curriculums, globally.
