Section 1  -  Facilitation Notes

This Section enables Learning and Development (L&D) professionals (e.g. Trainers, Coaches, Consultants and Business Schol Lecturers, etc), to understand how the PSP ® booklet can be used in different learning contexts to help people develop a positive set of political skills that equip them to create happier and healthier political work cultures and careers. 

This Section also describes the developmental opportunities that exist for experienced L&D professionals to join a global network of Political Skills development specialists by becoming a TAFPI Facilitator.

Section 2  -  Questionnaire Notes

This Section describes the PPQ's © Administration and Questionnaire Scoring processes.  It explains the rationale for the 36 questions in the PPQ © which can be used to explore individual responses to questions should a Facilitator need to act as a coach either during a Workshop, or post Workshop in a follow-up coaching capacity. 

Section 3  -  Workshop Notes

This Section provides L&D professionals with a set of Facilitation Notes that explain how to successfully deliver a half day (4 hour) Political Savvy Workshop to any type of Organisational audience using the Political Savvy Workshop PowerPoint presentation, PSP ® booklets, and the PPQ ©.
